As part of this practices’ commitment to preventative care, we operate a service which reminds patients when they are due for a general health check-up, routine tests or even vaccinations. We also operate a reminder and recall system that will automatically contact you via text if your Doctor wishes to see you for follow-up. If you would like more information, please speak to your doctor or a member of our reception team. Please note that you can ask to be removed from the register at any time.

Patients with chronic medical conditions such as asthma, cancer, diabetes, musculoskeletal conditions, stroke and cardiovascular diseases can have chronic disease management plans designed by their GP to help manage their treatment. Appointments are bulk-billed and 30 minutes with our nurse, followed by a 15 minute review with your GP. New Care Plans can be provided annually, and reviews are available every 6 months if allied health visit allocations need to be adjusted.
